EMPLOYMENT EQUITY

We are provisioned to assist clients with regards to their compliance with The Employment Equity Act, Act 55 of 1998, which was established to address unfair discrimination in the work place and to achieve equitable representation of employees from designated groups through transformative measures.

The Act states that all organisations employing more than 50 employees and organisations with less than 50 employees but an annual turnover exceeding the prescribed threshold, must draft and submit Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour on an annual basis.
