Background and Aims BCX B-BBEE Consulting Xperts was established in 2015 by experienced HR consultant and managing director Shamima Omar to provide professional broad-based black economic empowerment, human resources and management consulting services to organisations throughout South Africa and beyond. Motivated to assist our clientele to succeed within their chosen industries, we are dedicated to providing services and expertise in support of our clients’ unique B-BBEE and HR needs. This approach and passion for the client has held us in good stead, allowing us to grow and develop a reputation for excellence and multiple long-term relationships with executives at various companies.
